At Love to Dream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and include all tags. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Be sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
